The Lettings team working with Kent Estate Agencies has the expertise to provide an efficient and effective Property Service which includes Buy to Let Property Services and a complete lettings service with full management if required with the knowledge you have professional support for renting property in Kent. Your property will be proactively marketed using the resources of both Caxtons and Kent Estate Agencies to ensure maximum exposure.

To Protect our Clients this Residential Letting Service has protective measures and good working practices in place to secure our clients‘ money and property, a service that adheres to legislation and regulations governing letting and managing agents and providing advice to landlords on the statutory obligations that they must abide by.

Caxtons is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), and is bound by strict client accounting regulations, rules of ethical conduct and codes of practice, ensuring:
